OLD POTRERO STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY
Straight Rye Whiskey / 48.5% ABV / 700ml
Made from a mashbill of 100% malted rye, Old Potrero is aged in new handmade fine grain charred American oak barrels and bottled at 97 proof (48.5% ABV). Using rye grains sourced from US growers and malt houses, Old Potrero is matured in new, charred, 24 month air dried, extra-fine grain, American white oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years.
This straight rye whiskey is non-chill filtered and has playful notes of citrus, cinnamon, and sweet candied notes, imparted through traditional barrel-charring methods.
